Tradin' in a 2520 on a 3320

I am another IL 3320 owner. I stumbled onto mine a couple years ago now and at the time there were no 2320 or 2520 models - I am very glad I have the 3320 but had the others been around I am not sure what I would have owned. I am at 198 hours. No problems and love it. I have added the hard lines on the loader (even though I have teh 300X not CX) and the front and rear lights that are switched on the right hand side op panel and a 12V rear receptical to power my sprayer. This tractor is sooo sweet. You will love it.

Added Deere pallet forks for it last week. List of implements grows little by little every year. Get Imatch for the 3320! I want an MX6!!!

Another 2520 to 3320 switcher here. Went with a dedicated mower instead of the swapping of decks--really like leaving the MX-5 on and just gettin' to it--either mowing with the 757 or bushogging.

I think I will be trading my 2320 off on a 3320 down the road. (perhaps when I pay my 2320 off). I want something that can move around some round bales of hay. My 2320 does most of the chores I ask of it, but I would appreciate the added loader capacity and 3 point capacity.

Any of you Three thuosand twenty series, ehydro owners notice a hydraulic chatter in the loader. rpm at pto speed ,wile at 50% or more travel speed. Try it !

Brimstone,

What exactly do you mean by that? Is your loader movement jerky while you are moving? Is it the curl/dump, lift/lower, or all? Does it happen in A.B or C range, or all 3? Has it done this from hour 1 or did it just start?

well Ill try to explain, Im a service tech at a deere dealer. I dont own one of these units, however we have a customer that discoverd this hyd cavitatiion . and he is very displeased about it. it happens in all ranges even neutral if you run the hydrostat past 50% and raise the loader. the spining shafts in the range part of the trans airrate the hyd oil as it enters the filter inlet. it shows up realy bad with a flow meter . deere says this is normal and has no plans to corerct this issue. we have duplicated this on seveal other three thousnd twentys and 3203 witch has the same transaxle. I just wonder if this guy is the only one in the world with this problem.

I drove mine in low range with the pedal to the metal today and could not get it to do it. I forget to try it again later after it was all warmed up, and in the other ranges. I did not have a bucket on either. Just had to do a little tilling.

Thanks for this info. If I ever do run into this, I will know what it is.

sounds like too much demand on the hydro pump/pumps? not sure if if it has seperate pumps for these...not enough flow to keep everything happy.

They are to entirely separate systems that share the same reservoir. The power steering pump is yet another entirely separate system that also shares the same fluid reservoir.
