we have duplicated this on seveal other three thousnd twentys and 3203 witch has the same transaxle. I just wonder if this guy is the only one in the world with this problem.

Maybe I'm not understanding your question correctly. Didn't you just say that you've already duplicated this phenomenon on other 3x20 and 3203 tractors? If so how can this be the only one in the world with this problem?

I wondered about that too. I think he may be saying that he was able to get a bad reading on the flow meter on some other tractors, though it may not have been bad enough to cause any complaints by the owners.

Checked mine out in A and B and do not have this issue with my 3320 and 300X.
