Trailer big enough?

The trailer does have electric brakes on it. Good suggestion about trying the tractor on the trailer before I buy it!

Tompet, just curious. Can you load the TLB with the BH curled or do you have to crab it sideways to fit on the 18' trailer?

Telkas Dad, yes, you can load the TLB straight on 18' trailer without turning BH sideways.

I have an L3200 w/ bh77 backhoe, and fel. I put mine on a 18' dual axle trailer, however I have found that backing it on the trailer with the backhoe bucket slightly over the front rail equalizes the weight better than driving it on forward. The weight of the backhoe unbalances the weight on the axles if I pull it on forward.

I agree completely with backing tractor on as pappasmurf outlined for positioning. Trailers get shorter than you think.
