As someone else mentioned, a hitch on the front of the vehicle works wonders.

If you're going to have to disconnect the trailer, put on an extension, reconnect the trailer.... it's easier to disconnect the trailer, turn the truck around facing the trailer, and reconnect the trailer. It's one less step and it also is a lot easier when you're looking at it.

I used to move aircraft for a living. Stacking a hanger with multiple aircraft worth multiple millions each within a few inches of each other is easy when you are facing them.
