Sounds good, I'm still shopping for a new trailer. I'm leaning towards a gooseneck dump so, the family can use the truck as a daily driver. The dump truck fees are adding up. I have a huge front yard that is going to become my landscape showroom and it needs lots of fill. A big dump won't fit anyway and I only need small loads for flower beds.
The big problem is choosing a new 3/4 or one ton truck. I really need diesel power and I like Dodge, but I wonder about the auto trans that the Boss wants. She won't shift gears anymore. I guess it will be GMC crew cab or Dodge quad cab or maybe a Ford which I haven't looked at with the new engine and trans. The guys I work with are tired of the ford trans/computer problems and are switching to chevy starting next year.... they have a fleet of ford diesels with autos that spend mucho time at the dealer. It will be interesting to see if the allison holds up any better for them. They are staying away from the 48RE untill its proven more, and of course thats the truck I like the best being a Dodge owner.
Too many choices /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
