etrailer.com seems to have quality stuff at pretty good prices, I'm planning to get a set of aluminum ramps because I don't think my current ones will support a skid loader.

You can get 5ft - 7ft 6000lb aluminum ramps at just about any where, including Home Depot and Amazon.

A lot of those ramps are light weight ones for mowers, ATVs, etc. Not rated for skid steer or tractor with any real weight to it.

6000lb (per axle) ramps are 6000lb (per axle) ramps. They are exactly the same ones as you posted here, just from a different OEM and a higher rating : Trailer Ramps
