Powershift isn't a manual transmission, it's a simple geared range transmission (shift when stopped) in front of a hydraulic transmission that is nearly identical to an automotive A/T, it can be shifted on the go. One significant difference from automotive: no torque converter (fluid coupling). So after the Powershift's internal clutches have engaged (gently) into a specific gear its a pure mechanical connection clear through from the conventional clutch up front, back to the differential.

that helps me understand this thing
thank you

Called the inertia brake. Adjustment procedure out of 226 manual.

thanks
but the problem is "push till resistance is felt" i have no resistance

what exactly does it do?

It pushes against the inertia brake which is located on the end of the power shift clutch shaft. Reference D on this drawing. That protrudes into the clutch housing.

Reference #37 is the release fork connected to clutch pedal.
