Tree spades/"Tree Frog"

Been looking at the Tree Frog "manual" tree spade that comes in a 3pt hitch version. Then I saw some Vermeer TS-20 hydraulic ones. Vermeer has all sizes, some with engines and wheeled units, but this one is "tiny" in comparison.

Finding details on it is almost impossible. Vermeer is no help. Looks like it takes fluid power from some external source, but some places imply it has its own pump that is PTO driven.

Anyone know and have specs on it? GPM, weight, stuff like that.

Evidently it is pretty old, saw a 1984 model in an image search.
