All the glass has been removed and the major body work has been completed. Still lots of work to do but the shop estimates they will finish around the middle of February, I figure it will be closer to the first of March, just in time for the start of show season.

They've sprayed primer and have been sanding it smooth. Supposed to start spraying color this week.

The '57 is #2 but #3 arrived day before yesterday. It's a '52 White WC22PLT with a rare Jumbo cab that's larger than the standard cab. White didn't make many of them so there's not many still around. It's a long way from running. I'll post pictures tomorrow.

Looks good and congrats on Number 3!!!! Will you paint it red?

I was wondering where you store them, and if you have enough room. With three, and in all likelyhood, more to come, when are you going to build the firehouse to keep them all lined up with their own door? LOL

Ok. I Googled '52 White WC22PLT and can see what you mean. That'll be a neat looking truck and an good one to add to the fleet. Is it an old oilfield truck or ??

I don't know the history of the '52. A friend of mine had told me about this truck last summer. He was going up to Kansas to pick up another truck and he stopped in Hutchinson Kansas to pick up this one. The owners wanted it gone and I bought it so it wouldn't be scrapped. It's a very rare truck and I have other people interested in it. I really don't want to take on another restoration now so I probably will sell it.
