Problem solved. The dealer found the parts sitting in the back. Thanks for all the feedback.

Be nice to your dealer...... he did you a favor that cost him money.

Couldn't disagree more. The dealer did no "favor" - he shorted JZ a tractor part that JZ bought and paid for as part of his tractor.

The only way it cost the dealer money would be if he purposely held the parts back with the intent to sell them to someone else (or maybe even JZ).

JZ was also put out since he had to make an unnecessary trip to the dealer to get his rightful parts. That says nothing of the stress involved in trying to sort things out.

Right. He did no favor. I choose your 2nd paragraph, but when called on it he "found" them to save face.

Hi JZ,
I'm glad it all worked out. I would not be surprised to see your dealer reading this forum!:D Quite a few do. Best of luck, and enjoy your new tractor.

Glad it worked out -- not sure if your posting on here helped. But sometimes a little internet pressure works wonders.

Sorry guys...
http://kubotaproducts.bigmachines.com/commerce/new_equipment/products/model_configs.jsp

The 3pt hitch parts are an option that retails for $209.00 on that BX25 model. What Kubota does for the other BX, and B models has nothing to do with it.

Edit: Sorry, the link to the configuration page doesn't seem to work, but it is there for anyone to look up. Yelling at me is fine too if it makes you feel better, and saves you the trouble of looking it up.

I bought a brand new Kubota B3030 with a backhoe (BH75). Upon delivery I noticed that none of the 3 point hitch parts were with the tractor so I called the dealer.

Sorry guys...

No one is yelling here. Just trying to clarify with perhaps an opinion or two.

On models with a standard backhoe (BX25 and others) the 3 PH parts are indeed optional nowadays.

On the B3030 the backhoe is optional so the tractor should come equipped as any B3030 would - with the 3 PH complete. JZ did not trade the 3 PH for the backhoe.

My Bad, there have been so many models quoted in this thread I got to thinking that we were talking about the BX25 for some reason. The B3030 does indeed come with the 3pt arms, and the dealer was remiss in not delivering them with the tractor.
