Morning to ya Hurricanoday...
I'm new to modern day tractors as well and bought a
BX25 back in December. I went through the same fun / frustration you're going through now. I'll throw a couple comments and then will link you to an earlier thread...
1. Mahindra - If I were considering one, it would be a MAX, not an EMAX. Yeah, they cost more but go take a look at them and ride them. The eMax looks really cluttered and cramped compared to the Max. That's not a vote specifically for the Mahindras, just my personal observation of the two lines.
2. You're going to want a boxblade for that driveway. They're $500 - $600 bucks. Ground have ruts in it? You might want a tiller as well. That's another $1500 - $2000. Oh wait, you'll be needing a landscape rake to clean all the crap out of the yard after you till it. That's another $500'ish. Gonna make burn piles? You simply cannot appreciate how helpful having forks on the front are for piling up the brush. Get chain hooks welded to your bucket as you'll use those as well. Point is, if you're planning on doing all these kind of things yourself either have the extra cash on hand or finance it now. I don't like having debt, but it is worse having the tractor without the implements you need and not enough cash to buy them later. Plus, the more you buy upfront, the more you're dealer can shave off the price. One other thing on this point, I have since realized that craigslist is not that great for 4ft wide implements - just not many for sale there compared to the bigger stuff.
3. Get the quickhitch - get the quickhitch - get the quickhitch. That said, make sure your implements work with it (another reason to do this all at one time).
4. Quick Attach - that's on the front end for swapping between the bucket and the forks. It's usually another $150 but small money in the scheme of things.
5. Go bigger? Hmm.. Double edged sword there. If the machine is too small, it leads to a bad case of buyer's remorse - especially if you finance it. At the same time, the smaller units mow around the house much easier. For me, 90% of the time I use the tractor to mow the lawn so my
BX25 is perfect for me.
I could go on, but I posted a lengthy comment in the following thread:

Hope it helps,
