No I have always known how to delete posts.

Just to be clear, there is no Delete button on the first post of your started thread.

You can edit the Thread Title.

There is a Delete button on all of your subsequent posts in the thread you started or any thread you reply to.

The "Edit Post" button is only there for 24 hours after you post your reply.
