I was wondering to limit the corrosion issues in future, if putting on Anti-Ox (used for electrical connections on Al wire) on shaft bolts would be helpful in limiting electrolytic corrosion. On mine it looks like water and salt got in housing and is fusing bolts to relief block.

Just a heads up.. No one is saving these old, corroded, leaking, over priced aluminum relief valve blocks anyway. So just use a dremel to cut reliefs around all 4 cap bolts right into the block. It allows the penetrating oil to get around the heads, which are packed with corrosion. Once you get oil in there they spin right out. I've done 1, and about to do my second.

Question: Anyone have luck with aftermarket relief valve blocks? I hate shelling out 9 bills for a bobcat one.
