Trying to remove Ball Joint assembly on Kioti 7320

I put pb nlaster on it yesterday even heated itnup to draw the lubricant inward like soldering a pipe. Not sure if that works with lube but it was worth a try.

I'd get that rubber boot out of the way. Then wrap the exposed cylinder with a very wet thick rag. Then carefully heat it up, keeping that rag wet enough so that the cylinder rod stays cool. I would be surprised if you aren't fighting locktite in the threads. You need longer wrenches or a pipe over the one you are pushing down on. Just a thought.

Thank you Engineer42. Used the wet rag and torch and a cheap set of service wrenches from Harbor Freight along with an 18 inch piece of pipe. Heated it up for about minute and half then Turned the wrench and it came loose.

Thanks. The house is great and I have an entire day to work on things around here tomorrow, because the tractor is fixed. Gonna organize my new storage unit and get my gym set up. That wil make this a very productive weekend.
