Tiller TSC Tillers

I talked to a TSC manager that I became to know when he was at my local store, I asked him what the deal was on these Dark Horse tillers. Well all he would say was TSC guarntees nothing except for $800. you get a 5 ' and for $900 you get a 6 ' they guarntee NOTHING else !!!! Final answer end of statement , well I passed on it I figure ther must be something that they know or they would guarntee them. V

I'm sure there are laws state or federal to protect you from such a policy.

I dont know if the receipt would state AS IS no guarntee or warranty if that was written on the receipt then I believe you would be on your own. V
