I'm thinking an adapter fabricated to be a semi-permanent addition to the implement, with a bushing at the front of the adapter that stays rigidly at a consistent height so the hook can find it.
Well, the problem with that is a) modifying multiple implements and b) it's inherently inconvenient to build a rigid add on to most implements, given that most implements have only a single hoe at the top link.

I've gone full circle now. I'm back to thinking of starting with something like the Titan QH that already has plates with multiple pairs of holes, and just welding on two more plates above that increase the adjustability of the top hook more.
Yes, you have to move the Top Hook for each (or most of mine anyway), but you have to get off the tractor anyway to do the PTO; what's one more small step...especially if the hole pairs are colored for each implement. Nothing's ever as easy as it first looks.

Yes except the 'added side plates' in your diagram are shown pinned to the holes where the hook is bolted/pinned in. I wouldn't pin it like that.

You could use a 3/4 bolt with a nylon nut and snug it down so the two plates don’t move so freely, just enough to hold it out for the hook, then there is the top link, you would need enough adjustment. Think I might try it, I can see it working, it just need to be long enough to accept the hook.

Another alternative: drill a new pair of holes in the hook as low as possible. And keep in mind the hook only has to just barely engage the implement's bushing. The bushing doesn't need to go clear to the bottom of the notch because there is no lifting force at the hook. (Without a qhitch, the upper link has no lifting function).

Here's a photo I made comparing the HF hook with the Speeco extended-reach hook. There's room for more holes in the HF hook. You might need to have a machine shop drill them.

And here's the post where I compared the new Speeco hook. You might find that thread interesting.

Thinking some more - looking at the photo above there might be room to add a single hole below the existing lower hole. And the holes don't have to be perfectly aligned vertically, the lower hole could be moved in a little to catch enough solid material. Or - drill the lower hole close to the edge then weld on some material to lengthen the flat part of the hook and reinforce it.

I have looked at that hook, think you can get it for around 44.00 dollars, my issue is with the attachments themselves and that’s where the two plates come into play, get the hook pin out about 3 inches so the hook can grab it, right now the hook doesn’t fit because of the bolt that holds the flat iron is in the way.

I’m heading out to property and I will look it over.

Bruce's Side Plate Adapter, with the rigid front sleeve I suggested, would be easy to walk around and pin onto various implements before using them. This would be much simpler compared to pinning anything after backing up close to the implement.

Then there is this one but I think its installed reversed to what it should be...

NOT using the hook defeats the whole purpose of quick hitch...

Thanks for the pics, the first and second finished pic is what I had in my mind I just could not explain it in writing as I seen it in my mind.

Thanks,
Jim.

Due to Heart Disease and being on my second Pacemaker I can not weld anymore or else I would of made something close to what DL Meisen has posted just not as nice. I did try welding once a few years ago and I did feel it in my chest so I stopped, tried a few other things they told me I should not use and it did the same thing as the welder so I just stay away from certain tools now.

Jim.
