The truth of the matter is that doctors kill many many more innocent victims than all the guns and knives put together, only they get paid for it and don't serve any jail time.

Besides, are U.K. doctors the only ones going to be licensed to use a knife for surgery???

I would be pretty cautious about the actual wording of the law, as this is Indiana, a cow could be construed to include other large animals such as a M-I-L? Although for one of those you might need 2 balloons to generate enough lift. Or hydrogen filled balloons. But then we'd have to worry about reliving the Hindenberg all over again. Oh the humanity.
