Ultrasonic cleaner recommendations

I have the larger HF one. Just use it for carb cleaning. Chain saws don't have very big carb's. Ask me next week with I get my saw back together about how good of a job it did.

This is my largest and paid $900 pre pandemic pricing.

Sterile Processing stopped using it because the plastic drain valve broke.

I added a 1/4 turn ball valve last year and no more problem.

This is the one I have.
All the points 5030 said are valid, sounds like his machine is the same as mine. All I've ever used is simple Green and it seems to work fine. For small parts, I use either a small kitchen strainer that'll stay up right with the small parts inside or a tea infuser ball.

Sometimes outside the box work arounds are simple, quick and cheap…

It was only to be temporary but after a couple of days the sterile processing staff said they no longer needed a replacement.

Had I not fixed it… it would be in my shop because I was told to toss it…
