This is a device my buddy and I made up to bury some 1/2" plastic pipe in the ground for my garden. It worked great we buried 135' in a about 3 minutes afterwards I just ran my roller over the hump and the job was done.
The Max depth was about 8-12" I plan to blow the lines out this fall to keep them from freezing.

Slick looking implement. I've heard several people mention things like this and I plan on making something similar for some future projects of my own. Any pictures of it raised up? Thanks /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I saw it right after I posted mine. Thanks and a slick looking set up. I plan on the very same thing using a sub-soiler attachment and a piece of conduit clamped on. Thanks again for the pictures /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

You're right Rob I guess it is call a sub-soiler It belongs to my buddy there on the ground feeding the coil I don't know why you couldn't do some electrical runs also ;just to get it out of the way of the lawn mower. I pulled this rather easily with my B2150 4x4 24hp

Exactly what I'm planning to do also. I've got all the pieces - just haven't gotten to it yet. I was planning on attaching the conduit to the sub soiler with band clamps. Did you try that or just go straight to the threaded rod?

We had the all thread first and thought about band clamps, etc. There didn't seem to be all that much strain on the conduit I wouldn't be surprised if you could wrap duct tape around it.
