Unresponsive dealers

Last August 2005 when I was in the market for a new tractor I went to 4 different dealers Deere. MF. Kubota, NH. I planned to pay cash and wanted to trade in my older tractor. Each dealer said they would call to set up a time to come out and see the trade-in. I'm still waiting for any one of them to show up.

But yet they expect loyalty to the dealership..."buy local!". I would have loved to if a) anyone would have made any effort to contact me and b) the exact same tractor package wouldn't have cost me over $1.1K more than the dealer 15 minutes away. A grand might not seem like much to some but it is to me when it coming out of my pocket!
