Loader URGENT - Has the KL1590 loader problems been solved?

I'm not familiar with that setup. Mine is not set up that way. The Kioti website lists cycle times for each loader but the KL1495 is not listed with the DK55 on the US website. They use the KL551 loader. I just noticed this myself as they certainly used to have the older KL1490 listed but it is not offered on the website here anymore. I don't know if there is a European Kioti website that might have those cycle time numbers for you. The comparable figures for the KL551 are raise 5.5sec, lower 5sec curl 2sec, dump 3sec.

KL1590 was meant for the DK45
KL1595 was an upgraded 1590 for the DK55
The KL551 is a little nicer loader.....well the mounting is a little beefier.

The 4 digit loader is made by KMW in the US and the 3 digit ones (on DS's and DK's) are made by a Korean company.

Not sure why they'd be splicing into the rear hydraulics, I'm assuming the three point?

There should be a hydraulic block, as you said, near the motor and pump, where hydraulics would splice off.

Will be interested to see what you see.

Donegal, Go look at the Kioti I think you will be impressed with it. Although its only has half the hp of your Same 100.4 (nice!). I have a DK50C with the KL1590 loader. Had it 6yrs and 700+ hrs and still looks and works like new. It lifts anything I try and if its to heavy it will lift the back tires and backhoe off the ground. Mine is a 2001 model USA made at Kansas machine works. the picture you have are different (European ?). The USA models had the rollback issues.
Kioti offerd an upgrade kit #1590-2035 it fit the 1590 and 1595 and included a quick attach or weld on bucket kit for around $1100. it came with new cylinders and linkage. Most of the rollback was in the new angle of the pin holes on the quick attach. The 1590 and 1595 were the same loader only differance was where they attached to the tractor.
I just love mine it is very strong. Originaly I modified mine for more rollback then in 2007 I purchased the upgrade kit (the one you are looking at is different and you wont need an upgrade). In the later years 05-07 they came from the factory with this upgrade and were labeled as 1590s and 1595s. Do a Google image search under Kioti KL1595s and you should see results.
I have done a lot of research on Kioti and these loaders I stop and study every one I see. They are very stout and strong loaders. All Kiotis I have seen use a center mounted remote for hydraulics not the rear. I also use a Weareduction grapple on mine and it works great. I hope this helps keep us posted and get pictures when you look at the tractor

I believe the loader you are looking at on the picture you linked to shows the self-leveling type of loader- noted by the top arms above the loader arms. This is a good feature and that is a very strong tractor and loader. A friend of mine just bought a used one and shipped it half way across the states sight unseen, after working with my DK-35- he was so impressed with the Kioti's features and strength. That tractor is a BUY rating in my opinion! Good Luck- Maybe someday I'll get back to the Emerald Isle. Been there three times over the last 58 years!:thumbsup:
