Good video, but what is the story on the pencil?

Good video...enjoyable photography...much nicer production than looking at a talking head. Well done!

I love working the drive with the landplane. Great looking results just from driving fast!

Makes me want to get out and work mine --- but need to wait for the snow to be gone first!

Actually, thinking about it...the instant gratification and professional results you get after using the landplane is similar to the satisfaction received after plowing snow.

Agreed - strange place to store a pencil if you plan on taking notes.

Is that a 7’ road boss? I have a 7’ one it it will stop my 112 HP tracked skid steer in the right conditions. I’m looking for a tractor to pull it around at the ranch and am thinking I might need something 125 HP with mechanical fronts to be effective.

Good video! Land plane has been a game changer for our 1/2 mile hilly, windy, thru the woods driveway. 6’ is the right size for Kubota M59 4x4.

It's an 8'. I pull it with a 98HP tractor but with water in the rears, foam in the fronts, and 5 front plates, it weighs +11k pounds. Our 4020 won't pull it, but with the hour meter broke at 9000 hours 20 years ago, it's got some age. I bet your 4440 would pull an 8' just fine

Great video. I have a Land Pride GS2584. It's 7' - weighs 800#. Pulled with my Kubota M6040 - weighs..... 10,100#. Your driveway is long like mine - joeu235. Looks like it dries out and turns to concrete just like mine. The Land Pride has scarifiers rather than the toothed blade yours has. First use - I set the scarifiers too deep. Now I've learned - shallow set on the scarifiers and multiple passes. Like yours - mine is a dusty operation also.
