My wife has problems with her new cell phone with built in camera. It holds about 80 pics.. and about once a week she hands it to me to delete them. That is.. she has 80 pics of inside her purse, the dash of her car, the side of her face, looking out the car window.. etc. The button for the camera ont he phone is placed in a location where it is normal to rest a finger.. thus.. she's an accidental shutterbug..

i read recently that the one thing us folk over forty look for in a cell phone is... NO additional features.;)

HomeBrew2 is right. They have double piloted check valves. When a line brakes it locks the cyl.. I've saw this happen at work while rasing a heavy piece of equipment. If they hadn't have locked, the equip. would have been history and likely some people standing close by. I used to argue the same point, but sometimes am still guilty.

People like him are also the reason there are "Do not eat or take orally" warnings on Preparation H. You know somebody probably called them and said they ate a whole tube but still had burning and itching. Probably could whistle good though.
Luckily my nose works earlier in the morning than my eyes. The one time I pulled the tube of Prep-H out of the drawer and squeezed some onto my toothbrush the scent hit the nostrils before the brush hit the teeth.

willfick, When we lived on a sailboat and I was getting up early I used to not turn on the lights so as to not shock my wife's eyes I detected an error when the toothpaste didn't taste right. It lathered well but tasted pretty poor.

Here we are years later and I still don't have dandruff on my tongue or in my mouth. Seems the Head and Shoulders shampoo in the tube is about as large as a family size toothpaste tube.

I recall when these superfluous warning labels started. I found a "standard" warning on a tube of model airplane glue warning it was not for internal consumption but the manufacturer who apparently had an opinion similar to mine included the additional words, "and we don't know why anyone would!"

A couple funny (maybe you had to be there) labels I have read were on a direction finder antenna dome and over the door to the radio room on a Portugese/American Tuna Clipper.

"DO NOT EXCEPT THIS COVER"

The best I could figure was the Japenese translator needed to take the third easy lesson and meant to say not to leave the cover off. The sign above the door to the radio room read, "No one aloud in the radio room." I figure they meant "allowed" but it could have been a LIBRARY RULES sort of thing.

Reminds me of a lable I saw on a jar of peanut butter " Warning, product may contain peanuts or other tree nuts ; Processed on shared equipment '

I thought to myself.. -gosh.. I hope it contains some peanuts!!-

SoundGuy, The better brands of peanuts contain mostly peanuts but many contain a lot of partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn sweetners, and other stuff I'd rather not spread on my toast. There is food (REAL FOOD) and then there is synthfood made with all sorts of modified and our artificial ingredients. Unfortunatley there is so much synthfood on the shelves folks are beginning to think it is real food. At the current rate of conversion to synthfood I would not be surprised to see a warning label cautioning the consumer that certain "NATURAL" ingredients may be included in the manufacture.

Caution, this peanut flavored spread may contain trace amounts of natural peanut products!

Peanut oil is a highly desriable item. In some/many cases peanut butter has the peanut oil replaced with a cheaper oil.

Egon, NOT IN MY PEANUT BUTTER!!!

I buy peanut butter that is made from peanuts and a little salt and NOTHING ELSE! (Lara Scudder's Peanut Butter) Yes it separates. No it doesn't taste as sweet as the versions with corn sweetner and such adeded but it does taste like peanut butter. I buy the Crunch variety with peanut chunks in it. IF yoi need it sweeter there is honey, syrup, molasses, jelly, jam, preserves and such to sweeten it.
