We have two UTV's, an ATV, two tractors and a garden tractor and had a dedicated pickup. By a long shot, the UTVs get used more than anything else. They are by far the most useful and convenient machine for maintain our 100-acres.

In my opinion if you're definitely trading/selling them I would not bother with the maintenance you will not recoup any of your expense in the sale. I've never bought equipment and not done PM myself even if the previous owner claimed it was done the day I bought it.

I agree. I would prefer to look at the used oil and see how it looks...

Yep. We have several golf carts and a RTV and they get used a lot more than the tractors do...

I definitely wouldn't service them if you are selling them. Along with what the other guys have already mentioned, fresh fluids on a used machine can scare some into thinking that it might have only been done to mask a problem.

Well, I ended up trading in the Mule only today on a used RTV 1140. I will keep the Gator for now. I got $4400 on the trade.

I would like to offer 5k.

I have a 1993 John Deere Gator 6x4, liquid cooled Kawasaki 18 hp, factory bedliner and factor electric dump. It has been on my property since it was new and used only on weekends.
I also have a 2000 Kawasaki Mule 2510 4x4, liquid cooled Kawasaki 18 hp. It has also been on my property since new and currently has 800 hrs.

We are thinking of selling these two machines and getting one new 4 passenger UTV (probably a Kubota RTV 1140).

Any suggestions on an asking price? A lot of the online sellers have used machines similar to ours for sale, but they seem to be high-hour, beat up machines.
