yeah it seems like it should be easy, like I said the left one is super easy it doesn't really even matter the position of the tractor I can get it out easily no matter what, its the right side that seems to be jammed no matter what position it is in, the left is the easiest thing and the right is practically impossible

yup that made no differance whatsoever, either pin goes in fine on the left and not on the right

I remove by FEL all the time on uneven ground, not the smartest thing to do, but I live on a hill, so I have learned to deal with it.

Watch where the pin is rubbing. I have to place a shim under one side of mine because of the uneven ground.

Other things I do it pull on the pin the same time I am curlying or uncurlying the bucket and often will find the sweet spot.

What concerns me is that I didn't see where you had troubles putting the pin back in. That is usually where I have the hardest time.

It might be excess paint in the holes binding the pin. You might take a file or some sandpaper and help wear some of it off. Just don't put your fingers in there in case something would move. My pins come out easy but getting the loader out of the brackets on the tractor is a trick. It's getting better as the paint wears off but I have to steer the wheels back and forth to get the loader to pop out of the brackets. I need to sand and grease them. This would probably help your pin too.

The dealer greased the pins alot, they are very slick. I did try to get some paint out with a file, did the best I could and it kinda helped but not enough to make it easy, still have to hammer the pin to get it in and twist it back and forth a ton of times to get it to slide out. getting it off the mounts isn't a huge issue its the pin thats the issue. I tried positioning the bucket in various areas but it never got any easier on that side no matter how I had it. Its on a concrete floor so its definately level. The rear tires are very muddy but I don't think that is throwing the tractor off level, its only the grooves in the industrial tires that have mud you can still see the edges of the treads

I have had a couple of BX's and the amount of down pressure to free up the mounting bolts was different. On one I had to lift the front wheels off the ground and on the other it just cause more pressure, so I only needed a little down pressure. On my old BX, I kept a rubber mallet in the barn for those times there was a little resistance.

One thing you might try is to have someone stand beside your tractor and pull on the pin while you gradually apply downward pressure. You can easily loop twine around the bolt.

Have you tried what mow4fun suggested, trying it in the same spot in your driveway that the delivery guy did when he showed you how to do it? All I'm thinking is that, despite appearances, flat and level are two different things.

Hold on here-- I agree it should be very easy to take off. One thing I have learned is that when I take my FEL off, I always watch the FEL support stand. watch the feet on both sides and see how much it pushes down on the ground. If the pin is stuck on the right side then the feet on right is not pushing up high enough (hence the reason for adding a shim.) After 2 years of on/off, it pretty comes off so easy from use.

is there a possiblity that the FEL stand is bent a little ?
