Very tough to get loader off of bx2360 please help

I agree with kevinj. I had to go through everything on my bx2660. I also wonder if the rear tires are aired up the same. Also I've heard of tires not being the same size. Just because the numbers are the same doesn't mean it will measure up the same. Still these could be fixed with the mounts being adjusted.

The instructions are on page 6 of the assembly manual for loader models LA203 and LA243

All I have are the operating manual not the assembly manual, does anybody have an electronic assembly manual they can send to me?

Call your dealer. You should have gotten manuals for each item you bought, mower, loader, tractor, etc.

I got three manuals, all are operators manuals not assembly manuals...on page 6 of my manual is a picture of the tractor and loader

Interesting, they still owe you ALL the manuals. My 7500 has it in the operators, but not the 3940. When I had the 1850 with loader I think it was in the operators also????

On page 14 of my manual it talks about tightening hardware. The instructions are to apply down pressure and raise the front tires off the ground. Then check to make sure pins move freely and then tighten hardware. I would suggest slightly loosening and raising the front end. The mount should then move and the pin should become loose. If it doesn't move you might need to loosen it more or both brackets might need to be loosened and then re-torqued. Also I only have operators manuals and this is in the maintenance section.

That is it,I just looked at my operator manual it is in there also.

I got my loader in a create and installed it myself,maybe that is why I also got the assembly manual.

You don't have a toothbar on it, do you?...If so that can add some difficulty to the mount and dismount due to geometry changes...i know mine does.
