Victor torch regulators

I have a Victor SR 450D oxygen regulator that is in need of repair. I ran across a CSR 450D for a good price and was just wondering what the difference is between the two. As best I can tell from victor's website it looks like the C just means the gauges are colored. Does anyone know any other differences?

It looks like the CSR designates a dial face available in green or red and SR is just a plain old white. See what you think.
