It's hard to watch someone who's body is fit and their mind is getting foggy. As we've talked about your mom and my father-in-law, it's pretty clear there's almost no correlation between the body's fitness level and the brain's fitness level. Little dude has started getting out of bed at 3:00am, getting dressed (he can't dress himself when mom's awake, but for some reason, when he's alone, he can dress himself), shaves, then walks around the house singing.
I saw him through a window a couple days ago when we took groceries over. He still knew my name. Can't name anyone else anymore. We took them some fried bluegill and coleslaw, too. He asked what it was. We said fish. He asked fish? We said it again. He just shook his head and shrugged his shoulders. He can't remember what fish is. We also took them half a chocolate cream pie. My mother-in-law reports she left the kitchen for a couple minutes and he ate the whole half a pie. He always had a sweet tooth. :laughing:
