Mix made with Martha White deep dish.
mix in a bit of Olive Oil (good Brand) and let stand to rise.
(Real ole style you mix dough & set covered in refrigerator overnight to relax the dough so it
does not pull away from the sides of the pan.)
Once dough has risen (30 min on warm stove covered) If it was over night let it set & rise till warm & 30~40% bigger than when it was fresh mixed up.)
all risen up add a bit of bacon grease (from cooking bacon 1st) to the pan and you hands to spread dough out leaving dough coated lightly or Olive Oil works too.
Bake crust after spreading with hands at 350~400 for 15 min or so until browned well.
Pull out spread sauce (We like Constantina Brand)
toss on the PRE cooked items, sausage, hamburger, onions, peppers & Fresh Mushrooms. Follow up with
the NON-cooked items like olives, Canned mushrooms if ya didnt have fresh, banana peppers, more raw onions & spinach if so inclined.
toss on a layer of cheese (mixed or Cheddar 1st) then add the pepperoni (I microwave mine on paper towels to get rid of extra grease) and a final topping of cheese.
Bake for 15 or so more min @ 350 and enjoy

Darn that looks good!
Best dang Pizza going... My Brother-N-Law & sister ran a Pizza Joint & they had Wings too. Only Commercial Pizzeria that I ever been to that had similar style. Their Wings also were dang good, also probably best I had in really really REALLY long time.
Might make a Hawaiian style next time with canadian Bacon & Pineapple. We did have Ham Squares on tonight pizza (not pictured above) yummy for sure... Did not ad the extra cheese tonight either..

Country ham(salt cured)fried potatoes, white beans and angel biscuits and sorghum molassas with butter with plenty of sweet tea.
this thread sounds like grandpa jones on Hee Haw.

Hey Gunny....That's one of my all time favorite meals that I don't get to have too often. I suppose it's a regional dish. White beans seem to be a little more popular in the southern part of Kentucky with pintos being a favorite in the north. Where would you be located? If I give you my phone number will you call me the next time? That's a meal designed in heaven and white beans are my favorite type!
