Don't push it girl. "Moderation" is a term I hate. Everybody defines the amounts in moderation differently dependent on appetite, thirst and proportions they are familiar with. My favorite Doctor says it best:
"Moderation Kills".

txdon--can you expand on that a little? If you use moderation based on daily nutritional intake compared with daily output moderation is defined by that? Or so I thought?

Have a big pot of chili cooking just about ready, this is how I make it;

2 lbs of ground beef
2 lbs of good hot Italian sausage
2 lbs of thin sliced sirloin cut into bite size pieces
2 or 3 good size red bell peppers
2 or 3 good size green bell peppers
3 jalapeño peppers
1 large can crushed tomato
1 large can whole tomatoes
Onion and garlic
Salt pepper chili powder and cayenne pepper to taste
Tomato paste to thicken.

Sorry man, I got side tracked...

I ended up at Carlos O'Kelly's with some buddies and I did their "El Guapo Challenge"

Five hot and spicy beef enchilada's and one "El Guapo Brisket Taco" in under 10 minutes and its free...

8 min 44 seconds [burp] and I was done...

Now I'm sitting at home in front of my laptop, ice cold Guinness to settle my stomach (my lips are still burning a little bit though)...

It was all about the free T-Shirt....

This evening: Whole grain pancakes and baked breaded okra.

The okra is a one pound cut frozen okra. I microwave the frozen bag for 3 minutes, add whole grain flour, cornmeal, powdered onion and garlic, pepper, and old bay seasoning to the bag shake and pour on a baking sheet for 30 minutes at 375˚F. No fat lots of fiber.

I find that to be much too heavy on the grains. And if you are not buying organic, even more so. But, I guess that is another topic.
