Yes, its clear ... and very inconvenient no doubt. Heres an idea. Make a slug/plug that is a slide fit for the nominal ID of the tube and cut the kerf so itll slide thru, while essentially keying the slug. Drill a hole a little off center toward the kerf side, contrived to guide the [smaller] shaft of a spinning tool such that the tool/cutter just kisses the ID circumference chopping off the weld. Insert the shaft of the tool thru the plug with a little grease and drive the shaft as you pull or push the assembly thru your tube. No more weld flashing. You might be able to use wood for the plug. Oak, or cedar heartwood would be gould.

I did something like that but a little cruder.
Went to Lowes early this morning and got a new 3 1/2" whole saw, some non-shako nuts and a 3' piece of 5/8 all thread. Used a die/peanut grinder with a bur on for the first few inches to get started. Then I assembled all new stuff and plus a piece of pipe on the all thread for a hand hold. Chucked it up in a drill and went to reaming. After a while I held it at a angle so the blade was only cutting on the weld and 30 minutes later the tube is sliding all the way thru. Thanks  Everyone for all of your thought process to come to a solution. When the wife gets back with the camera I will post some pictures. Thanks again!
