Switch your dump and curl hydraulic lines where they plug in. I think they are hooked up backwards.

In my opinion, long story short, you should be able to easily curl in a pile of stone and should be able to lift full bucket with ease.

This sounds like, with no hands on experience, simply the adapter has thrown the geometry off.

I've seen pictures of these loaders lifting super heavy loads.

My kl 1231 has lifted, with ease, full load of any material I've run into. Loom, crushed stone, crushed gravel, stone dust, rocks, etc.

I don't think it is just the adapter. You've seen some of the heavy loads I have photographed of my CK20 and grapplle lifting- those all included a much heavier Horst QA adapter that weighed well over 100lbs and added about five inches. Gotta believe something else is the problem here.

You've got to be right Island, Kioti is known for their strong loaders.

Interested to see what resolution is.

I have a CK30 and I've lifted the rears "just" when I moved really big round bales or huge stones. It's not easy, and they barely lift but it can be done. Usually I lift one rear when I try to scoop a heavy bucket full of material on a slight slope.

I have the old style with the smaller bucket and pin hookup, it seems easily able to lift a full scoop of gravel. When I crowd into a tangly manure pile sometimes I need to back up a tiny bit for it to curl or lift up as it maxes out.
