Anyone know of anything to use for a trimmer line? Tried cable and solid line with no results for any lenght of time. Hate to use a blade, but might be the best resort since I won't be off the machine if in motion. This is a 3-point hooked to the rear of a small tractor.

Piano wire? Guitar strings?
Even for small cable, use a welder to fuse the ends.
Won't fray so bad this way.

Heavy Square will work the best, will outlast any metal flex line. If that dont get it it is to steel blades.
