Weight capacity of 220r loader with pallet forks

I'm trying to get a good fix on the lifting capacity of a 220r loader with pallet forks.

According to the literature that I have, the lifting capacity of the loader with a bucket at the Pivot (w) is 1296 lb and at the X point (500 mm in front of the pivot) the
lifting capacity is 979 lb.

My immediate application is moving half sized pallets (24" by 48") loaded with cement blocks. The half pallet can weight about 1250 lb.

Does anyone have any experience in this area?

I will be mounting the loader on a 2032R

Be very surprised if using forks will lift that pallet weight.

Hope it will, and would like to hear back how it does...

To get specific answers you will have to look at the weight lift charts in your FEL Op manual.

500mm is 20 inches. I seriously doubt the 1250 pound half pallet will be lifted.

Be sure you have something HEAVY hanging off your 3-point when you try this lift.

My guess is that it will lift it but not very high.

You may not lift it, and if it does, no sharp turns and keep it 2.5 feet or even less above ground. Absolutely critical you have a good counter weight on your 3pt hitch. What ever attachment you have that weighs the most, should go on the rear. You can always remove four or five cinder blocks off the pallet to make it weight manageable. Use a spare pallet to move the cinder blocks that were pulled aside.
