Weight Question

While looking at the yanmar specs, I noticed that the models with a 4 digit number, ending in 20. Example 2820D weigh 3825lbs. Where for example a 3110D with more horsepower only weighs 2910 lbs. Where does the big difference in weight come from? By just loking at them, it is hard to notice a difference. Thanks for your help.

Where are these specs? Could it be the specs that are in error?

I have a book that came from Japan that gives all brands built, years made, and the engine size, weight, dimensions and such. The weights are consistant with what we have seen here. The 2620 weighing more than a 3110.

Doubly good! Then I'll reserve judgement on which one is heavier until we actually weigh some tractors. I've been fooled by published specs too many times to accept them without challenge.
But even more interesting is that it sounds like their might be a gray tractor book available from Japan. Can you tell us anything about it? Availability? Coverage? Price?
