Congrats!! Welcome to the fold.

The quick answer is: one mower installed at a time.
Bushhog: FEL on for front ballast
MMM: No FEL

Congrats on the new purchase. Thinking about that a little bit myself. Now about the implement options, I think you will have to consult with lbrown59 on that one. :D

Thanks a ton you guys!:):) Now would you suggested that i take off the mowing deck with brush hogging? Or the brush hog with mowing? Or the loader while mowing?

Assuming that's a genuine question, and not a stray bullet at certain posters...I think the consensus would say leave the mower on when bush-hogging. If the BX has an Achilles' heel, it's the relatively exposed HST fan on the underbelly. The MMM is said to protect it nicely.

Again, assuming you were serious.

Now would you suggested that:

1. I take off the mowing deck with brush hogging?

It depends on what you are mowing. For grass, fairly short weeds, I leave the MMM on. For true brush, take it off, but be sure you have a HST fan shield from Bro-Tek or you can make one as the HST fan is vulnerable and is a bear to replace.

2. Or the brush hog with mowing?

Yes, take the bush hog off while using the MMM.

3. Or the loader while mowing?

That is open for debate. I always take my FEL off for MMM use. I use my FEL for counter weight when bush hogging up inclines as well as to use as a feeler for obstacles etc. It will make your tractor more tippy, but since you already own a tractor you will be familiar with the FEL quirks/uses etc.

I am sure others will have differing opinions.

Fwiw, the reason I suggested taking the MMM off for 'hogging is based on the assumption that if what the OP is cutting could be cut with the MMM, he wouldn't need the 'hog... you'd just be beating the MMM up/getting it hung up dragging it through brush.

The point about the HST fan is an excellent one. I would at least pin the MMM up if I was relying on it for protection.

Due to its low ground clearance and the tie rod ends being exposed to damage, if I am doing true "bush hogging" even with the MMM removed, I go in backwards as briers, saplings and all that stuff is really hard on them.

While the MMM offers some protection, some members have still had sticks take out the HST fan, so I bought the Bro-Tek as I am not crafty enough to fabricate something. I also bought the tie rod protectors though I don't have it on yet.

The other thing that can happen (twice to me so far) is that that loader bucket sticks out there a LOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG ways. It can have a tendency to gouge a hole in out building.

If you do mow with the FEL on, be sure to tilt the loader and raise it enough so you can see the outboard corners.

Ask me how I know this (twice)...............

I like your signature, very colorful! Good job.

Looks to me like you win the years of age vs number of tractors owned competition. Hope you enjoy each and every one:D
