What am i doing wrong

I have a single tine sub soiler. Twice now when using it , it has cammed over the top link. Causing it to get jammed up in the pto cover and bending the cover to hell. Ive never had this happen before with implements

I would guess top link is adjusted too short. Can you post a picture of it mounted?
