a hot pressure wash might get some off, and cheap. it always takes off the paint i don't want it to!

You might be surprised at what a pressure washer will do, and that its cheap

Spray it with a solution of caustic soda and let it sit for awhile. Then hit it with a pressure washer. Keep repeating the process till you are happy.:thumbsup:
