What color wire in which position on 3 wire crankcase sensor harness

Had a stump jam the crankcase sensor harness and pull the wires from the 3 hole plug. The wire colors are black, white, and red. The holes on the plug are numbered 1 2 3. Which wire goes in which hole? I looked everywhere for a picture but couldn稚 find one. Hope y誕ll can help!

ITS a KUBOTA L3901.

I found it in the book but it doesn’t show what color wire goes in each position on the plug. I’m hoping to reinstall the wires into the plug in the proper holes so I can reattach to the sensor.

on page 623, it lists the Engine ECU, and pin 8 gets the black, pin 39 gets the red, and pin 75 gets the white. you'll have to trace those wires back to the 3 pin plug on the crankshaft sensor plug, because no pin out is provided for that because it can't be tested with an ohmmeter or voltmeter, you are just supposed to replace the unit.. keep in mind the connectors will have a "flag" a small piece of metal that is partially bent to keep the wires from pulling out of the connector, if they can't be rebent, the connector on the wire will have to be replaced, unless you just use a dab of hot glue on the back end of the plug where the wire goes in to keep the connector in the plug..
