You cannot expect the hydraulics to much more than barely move at idle, especially after the fluid is warm. The owners manual states to not even move the tractor / hydraulics unless the RPM is over a minimum of 1500 rpm (at least mine does). My neighbors new MT225-S owners manual stated to allow the tractor to warm up for at least 5 minutes before moving or using the hydraulics, at 1600 RPM above 45 degrees, lower than that, warm it up longer. It has the same engine as yours.
