Installed a Grammer MSG95 seat that I had. It's a direct bolt on so no modifying needed. Just a power lead for air compressor which I took from the auxiliary plug on the right hand console.

Last year after spending a few days getting bounced around inside that cab all day, I was sore! This could help. And it looks like the arm rests are higher? That alone is worth it!

I found a complete seat at Northern Tool for $1,250. I'm guessing the suspension without the seat components will be cheaper.

How much of a job is it to replace the seals on the front axles? I'm hoping it's just the outers. I've done oil seals before, but not on something like this. I have mostly just basic tools, nothing in specialty tools.

I don't know what your axle drive looks like but I'm think you won't need any specialty tools for your seal. Snap ring pliers, sockets and wrenches should be about it and something to remove/install the seal.
