Well today used tractor to move travel trailer. Trying to get a rv parking space built have the wiring done for two spaces now need to put in septic and water lines! Then grade the spaces and put some RR tie boarders to fill in with few inches of rocks!

I finally made a tool box for my 6168. Fabbed up a box that holds a 20mm ammo can. Didn’t have to modify the tractor at all. It bolts to the factory location. The can lifts out when needed. Only downside is I can’t open the door with the can installed. My land is totally flat, so needing that as an escape route doesn’t really concern me. When I remove the can it works as a step and supports my 290lbs.

I also got the hoses I needed to finish the install of my Summit Hydraulics multiplier. I need 4 remotes to run my 6 way scrape blade and top link. Last remote on the tractor is detented for the backhoe. It looks a little funny. I could have hard plumbed it, but I am using the middle remotes to feed the multiplier. This give me more options t plug into the detented ports down the road, or disconnect it altogether if it fails and just use the factory remotes. I like not having to permanently modify the tractor if I don’t need to.

Finally got the hydraulic side link installed! I had to modify the top cylinder mount from a ball swivel to a clevis. Cut and welded the clevis to fit the factory swivel, then welded it onto the cylinder. Perfect fit! All-in, cost $250 with the hoses.

Here is welding the clevis onto the cylinder:

And installed on the tractor:

I hope it works as well as the hydraulic top link!

Looks great! Where did you get the cylinder and how long of a stroke is it?
Sorry it took so long to reply.... it is an SLH01 cylinder, 4" stroke. Here is where I got it from: A&I Products Link A-SLH01

There are other places too, here is one that lists the specs:SLH01 - Hydraulic Side Link Cylinder, Cat 0 Base End w/ Clevis Rod End (2" Bore) | Up to 60% off Dealer Prices | TractorJoe.com

hope it helps. This is a short link, but is the same one that my dealer was quoting.... plus another $175 to modify it.

Perfected my Backhoe support block for when I remove it. Even color coded it so I (and hopefully others) will know what it's for when it's just laying in the shop. :)
May have to put an LS sticker on it.
