Actually I do, I'm lucky my wife is not into gift-giving. She got mad at me for spending money on roses for our "first" valentines together. But yeah, you may be right, ten years is a long time and I'm sure she'll need something else before then. She only asks for what she needs and not what she wants. She is reluctantly giving her 02 Camry to her little brother (15 years apart) to use for college.

I'm with you man wife is giving me the "i wanna Honda Pilot" I see nothing wrong with her 08 accord.........almost paid off 49k miles...

We had both are vehicles paid off for quite some time and it sure felt good. If you keep up with maintanence, with the miles on the Accord, it will last you for 10+ years. I'm hoping the Pilot lasts as long as her Camry. She even said that we probably won't need another vehicle until our 16 month old goes off to school. I said yeah, he can have my 98 cummins when he goes to school.:laughing:

Both went to dentist for semi annual visit. This was second year going on V Day so maybe the start of a tradition.

All day I was wondering what I was supposed to do. I knew I was forgetting something, but what. Normally there would be flower sellers on four or five street corners, but I didn't see any this year.

Same here,bought here flowers before she said they just die,chocolate will just make her fat,and cards just end up in the trash. So valentines day is one day I get out of Well I probaly have to make it up at birthday time:laughing:

On holidays like this we let our little one pick out the card and the gift.
My wife got a card with rabbits in tutu's and some exercise clothes while
I got a card with a monkey on it and a spinning dragon fly on a stick for the garden.
Makes it real interesting to see what a 3 yo thinks you want. lol

I didn't buy her a thing this year. She didn't use what I spent a ton of hard earned money on last year, almost costed me a divorce.

Gave her a card, fixed dinner, and taking her on a three day camping trip President Day weekend. New tradition. :thumbsup:
