A new very expensive refrigerator and some remodeling, plus when we get caught up dinner and a movie. I also organized some book shelves and am throwing away some books, actually donating them.

Nothing for V-day, but we are going to Dallas this weekend and I told her she could buy some cowboy boots.

A can of pepper spray, she had to promise she wouldn't use it on me when she got mad. :laughing: I occasionally travel for work and am gone sometimes for up to a week at a time.

Last time I was gone she heard something hit the house really hard. She said it took the cops over 30 minutes to respond. We do live on forty acres with no close neighbors but not that far from town. When the cop finally got there he looked around and told her it was most likely a deer hit the house.

I'm not so sure, to me there was no evidence of it in the snow. I know pepper spray doesn't work on animals, but it makes her feel good.

Oh, I also bought her a new kitchen stove. She rewarded me with fresh baked molasses cookies. yummy, my favorite.
