What Do You Do For Exercise?

For me it's hunting for mushrooms, squirrel,deer, etc. No blinds or stands just long nature walks with a purpose.

I spent about 4 hours on ladders today. My knees are a tad sore.

Walk, garden, build fence, drag sticks, take the dog out (again), cut wood, mow grass. Occasionally on the rower but not lately with all the other stuff I've been doing. I wear an Apple watch and track my calories and steps, which helps keep moving around top-of-mind.

I'm trying to get back into a floor exercise program for my back. I'm trying to eat right and less of it. The same goes for the drink and the chips. It's heck getting old but the least we can do is fight back a little and enjoy the time we have left by being physically able to do the things we love.

Also, I have a BCS tractor that I do a lot of sickle bar mowing with and that gives me a very good workout!

Curious. How does the sickle bar give you a workout?

Turning the tractor around, mowing on slopes/contour, around obstacles. With the addition of the diff locker and steering brakes you still have to manipulate the tractor quite a bit with your body because the tractor only has one axle.

I always sleep good after using the BCs for a hour or more in the day.

I just finished mowing the yard. Its about 2k sq ft. It's a walk behind workout .... Push? Oh hell no.

Put up 200' of high tensile field fence for the wife's new garden spot, 200' x 100' area now fenced in. Split a cord of pine and a half cord of oak. With a new splitter my wife bought me.
Walked my usual 2 mile route today.
