The fact that they gave a marketing presentation to "sell" you on their Chinese production speaks volumes. Volumes that I don't like and will not purchase if any choice is given.
Unless you can find one made with SKF or Timken bearings you WILL be buying cheap Chinese stuff, brand name or not !!!
Timken and SKF have some quality control, so they qualify as expensive Chinese stuff... :laughing:Curious as to why SKF and Timken brand names make a difference as both have a large presence in China and produce bearings in China for sale around the world. I have not visited their Chinese factories but have had their reps give a presentation stating why I should not be concerned when particular bearing sizes I was using were being relocated to Chinese factories.
OP here. I got my answer, so I'm checking out.
