Saw that. Didn't really know if the land ownert was also the fence/gate builder too, since he spent $200k and you knew that.

possible to allow a horse access......jump over lower section???????.

Would be one heck of a jumper, bottom part is 5 1/2-6 feet high. I wouldn't want to be on it's back jumping that high, but then again, I'm not a jumping horse kind of guy (unless it's to get over a downed tree I can't get around)

Answer is simple. Your neighbor is certifiable. Been in cattle country all my life - 79 years. Never seen anything even close to that.

I must be missing something. I don't see hinges or a chain and lock. I don't think that's a gate at all. I think it is a mid-run support. I see them on fences here all the time, but usually just made out of posts, like an angled cross brace or an H brace to support the fencing on long runs.

Look closely. I can see the chain on the right side. I see no hinges on the left side either.

I saw that. Hopefully that's not a chain to keep anything out. I could get by that with my McGyver knife.

Hello OzarkChris, can you get some more photos please?
Specifically show hinges and latches if any. The gate uprights are hidden by the posts, so can't see things like hinges.
As for the chain around the gate on the right side, is it ment for a horse and rider ?
