Diesel fuel also has about 10% more BTUs per gallon than gas, which is one of the reasons diesel powered vehicles get better MPG than gas powered vehicles. Also, the higher compression ratios needed for diesels makes them more efficient.
So I guess we should be expecting to see some really high MPG cars from Mazda in the near future:

Now, if they would just work on those dome lights....

Also need to worry about being street legal, which adds a lot of weight and other restrictions.
Once you add the bumpers, EGR, Catalytic, crush zones, safety seats etc. I am sure 300 mpg would be pretty hard to achieve.

Papers keep the sun from cracking the dashboard.

Cleaning some of the papers off the dash might help visibility. Reflection would drive me nuts.
The items in the reflection are in the center of the dash, directly under the dash cam and not in my line of sightm and not even visible at night.

The way the picture was taken all those papers reflected right where the deer would have come out of the ditch.
Working with tools when you're in a tight spot or having your head turned while wearing trifacal glasses.
Or just finding the right angle for your head when using progressive lenses. Never fails...it's always where it's most likely to put a crick in your neck.

Pet peeve: Employees or contractors who don't tell you when they've screwed up, or think they might have. And even more so, the prior bosses and managers who made them fear admitting mistakes.

I have seen more time, money, and customer relationships wasted on errors that were covered up by employees or subordinates, which could have been very easily fixed prior to becoming a real problem, if disclosed. This is one area where I think women often make better employees, esp. in tech fields, as they seem much less reluctant to admit when they don't know something.

Asking someone to double-check one small area of your work, especially when you're unsure of a particular detail, is not negating your contribution in all other areas!

Pretend snow in TV car commercials/ads.

"Sunny" sky - snow falling, scripted "sale terms" on the screen - snow flakes blowing around... They're starting to show up now that we're coming into winter. Advertising/marketing "experts"?

What's the point?
