Well Route 12 is paved... Sort of. You have it pretty good compared to the five miles of mud between my place and any paved road come sugaring.

Rolled snow was fine for horse drawn sleighs and work sleds but come spring having all that snow and ice to melt meant you couldn't travel anywhere in a vehicle for several weeks. We still have mud season here where even a good 4x4 SUV can belly up and get stuck. Plowed paved roads are what it takes to provide 365 day service.

Yes and with all the snow we got this year it will probably be a problem even if you did plow a lot.

You get 365 days a year. I'm jealous. We had to cut back around here because of budget constraints. We can only afford 350 day years now.:laughing:
