So my better half and I have the opportunity to purchase this 2019 John Deere 2038R LTB with 135 hours.
220R loader arms
270B backhoe
Curtis Cab
6 foot rear PTO snowblower
Set of forks

This would be our 3rd tractor for the two of us but the deal may be to good to pass up .

Please give me your best values on this beauty .

Pricing is all over the map. I even did a comparison to the RK tractor fleet because those too use the Yanmar engine.

$36K with 156 hours. The best I could muster up out there.

It is being offered at 30K flat to us .

We are friendly and neighbors of the owner , just can’t see why he would leave 10K on the table for no other reason than a quick and convenient sale .

I am never afraid of a good deal , so off to the bank I shall go .

Despite what the “market” values it at, it’s what the buyer and seller value it at. If they agree, or an overlap, there can be a transaction.

Looking at what the “seller’s market” has an item priced as is only half the story. Nobody ever sees a list of what items are bought for.
